Tinie Tempah is best buds with Ellie Goulding after penning new songs

Bright new thing Tinie Tempah has teamed up with songbird Ellie Goulding for his highly anticipated album The Disc-Overy.

The two acclaimed new-comers have been writing songs together for some time and have developed a close friendship in the studio.

Tinie said, “We have come up together. She’s great. When things don’t feel real for me I can call her up as she’s often going through the same thing.”

After selling over one million singles for his debut single Pass Out, Tinie is well on his way to usurping his pal Ellie who won the BRIT’s Critic’s Choice Award in 2010.

The grime star has just released his brand new single Written In The Stars and Tinie says he is only just beginning.

He said, “This isn’t a sprint, I’m in it for the long haul.”
