For ten exciting dates, you can catch the insanely awesome slacker howling, bleating guitar solo infested genius of Dinosaur Jr. live across the UK.
Major fans will already be aware of how truly special this is with rumours of continual in-band feuding still doing the rounds, as well as the fact that last time Dinosaur Jr. performed on our turf was back in ’05 for their now notorious reunion tour.
The dates are in promotion of their most recent and ninth studio album Farm, an album pressed incorrectly in it’s initial release so that the first batch was actually a sweet 3 decibels louder than intended. The album is frankly so good that it caused most critics to puke up with joy into their own copy, and certainly caused Purple Revolver to convulse with overwhelming, uncontrollable pleasure.
Yikes.
Supporting Dinosaur Jr. are very special guests Built To Spill, which is an extra dozen or so high fives extra on an already palm to palm contact heavy announcement. Phew!
Ticket prices start at £18 for all dates outside of London, which is £20.
